Beautiful property. Excellent location, close enough to most things but far away enough when we wanted that atmosphere. So much to do so little time. Days fly by. Ultimate ABC Island trip with Dave was absolutely best reservation we made. Do it to start your visit, its a lot to take in and can need the following day to recover on the beach. Sunset cruise on last night was best plan for trip wrapup but we got to see the sunset every night steps from our door. Everyone and I mean everyone from the island of Aruba is wonderful. From the airport to the restaurants to the activities to the locals you pass, you'd be challenged to find a frown. Enjoy your stay!

Pool filter was not working the entire time we were there and it was filled with debris and dead bugs. I feel management knew because the last man who came out to service (we messaged every day) admitted to us that is was not working on purpose because the skimmers were leaking and needed to be repaired. There were two homes on either side of this house that were under construction from 7:00 am until at least 3:00 pm every day. You could not even sit on the patio the noise was so intolerable. If you wanted to swim, well then swim with the dead bugs which were floating on the entire surface. The landscapers came for 5 hours one of the days and blew more stuff into the pool. You definitely didn't want to be sitting outside that day. None of these very significant happenings which made our trip a nightmare were disclosed before we stayed there. Oh, and if that's not enough, you will carry your wet, rinsed dishes from the kitchen sink into the laundry room which is where the dishwasher is. I messaged Casiola every day and was just given the same response "we have passed your concerns on to the team and are working on it and will follow up soon". What a joke, we checked out on Saturday and got a "have a safe trip home".

Location, location, Location was excellent!!! Close to everything. Quiet!! Ran into a couple of problems but they were fixed quickly! Will stay at another Casiola property soon!!!
