-1 fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and dishes;
-2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a walk-in shower. 2 toilets.

A 4,000 m² garden with trees and all the outdoor furniture you need to relax and enjoy meals: barbecue, griddle, gazebo, armchairs, lounge chairs, table, and chairs.
