The property is right across from the pool and hot tub making it very convenient. Only a short drive to all of the shows and attractions. Definitely would stay again.

The location was great with a view of Table Rock lake and a pool right across the street. All of Branson’s attractions were just a short drive away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and home-like property with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The upstairs balcony was by far the best part! We were able to watch the SDC firework show from there as well. Great location too. It was perfect for our 4 young children and older parents. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. Great space for lots of little kids we had to run around. The only problem was a blind is needed where the dining table is because that west sun made it difficult to eat dinner! Also would be awesome if there was a swing and slide at the playground.

Had 3 couples, this place worked out great!! Thae pool is right across the street from the house! Took the Lost Canyon golf cart tour and went to the Ozarks museum (same ticket gets you in to both). All 4 rooms are master suites. We would definitely stay here again

This place was perfect for our girl's trip. We could not have asked for a cleaner rooms. A perfect view The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub. It was awesome for the hot whether we had, and the location was perfect. Not one single complaint on cliff and timber. We thank you so much for letting us stay there. We'll be back.

I could not have asked for a better property for my family gathering. Easy to get to, convenient to the attractions, clean and did I mention the VIEWS!?!? We enjoyed the courts, the hiking trail, the pool, and the lake. It was perfect and the price point was spot on. My daughter left her AirPods and the property manager was so helpful in retrieving those and getting them returned to us. It was definitely a 5 star property and experience. You will not be disappointed! Book Cliff and Timber now!

Our family enjoyed the house. Close to Branson attractions and easy to find. Great view of the lake from the top balcony. Pool and hot tub were right across the street from house. Hot tub unfortunately was never warm. But granddaughter loved playing in the waterfall within the hot tub.Kitchen was well equipped. Great place.

Very nice place. Due to the sun in late afternoon and neighbors right next door, curtains would be a good addition in kitchen and living space. Otherwise, it was quiet and overall a nice place to stay.

This location was perfect for our 2 family vacation! We were only 15 minutes from everything we wanted, and in a quiet neighborhood! The pool and playground were so perfect for us, and the layout of the house was so helpful for the kids! We also loved the stock the home had provided- it was just the right amount. The showers had great pressure, and having 4 was amazing!! We’d definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately both outdoor fireplaces weren’t working but they would have sent someone to fix them right away if I so desired after calling. I just think it would be nice to have written instructions at cabin for things like where indoor pool was located and where to take garbage and what to do before you leave

Cliff & Timber Branson

Worked great for our five nights stay. We stayed just before Christmas and they had put up a Christmas tree and lots of nice Christmas decorations. We would stay there again.
