Too many stairs to climb, lol. Overall we had a good stay.

Thank you for your review of KDN1633: Salty Paws II. We’re glad you had a good stay, and we understand those stairs can be a workout! Thank you for choosing Village Realty.
Room is clean and spacious. Easily sleeps 4. Great view from the balcony, which has sitting and table. Very nice spot for morning coffee. Beach is right in front of the property. The only confusing thing was the name "Salty paws II". We could not find that. Apparently, it is "Admiral's View II". Hope that helps.

Overall we were very satisfied with our vacation experience. The rental company was always fast responding to questions and sent out lots of update messages. The internet was fast, the view was great, there was easy beach access and the shower pressure was great. The main reason I would not stay here again is the stairs. They are very clear in the listing that there are 3 flights of stairs, but reading it and walking it was very different. It was mainly annoying when getting groceries or luggage. The place is older and could use some minor repairs and updates such as the cracked floor tiles. I also was under the impression that the view was unobstructed. Although there is a great view of the beach, there is another unit directly across. It was a great view though. It was a cozy place and we enjoyed our stay.
The condo itself was nice. I would like to have seen a picture of the building from the beach showing the layout (hard to know this unit is behind the the 4 "ocean front" units, but does have an angled view of the ocean). The condo has a storage closet on the ground level, but were not given instructions if it was usable by guest (would be nice for beach equipment so as not to have to store in car or lug up to condo). Beach gets a little busier because a public access entrance is right next to the condos. Village Reality was a little slow in responding to questions. Still not sure where the "community pool" was located, but none onsite. Parking is a bit difficult if the condos are full (need to use spaces under the condo building, but difficult to open doors). Overall, it worked for us on short notice M-TH.
The condo was nice and just the right size for the two of us - we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the porch with the view of the ocean. It was very windy and stormy during our stay but the porch was well protected from the wind. There was a lift for the luggage so we didn't have to carry it up the three flights of stairs - very helpful. The kitchen had most of what we needed, although no salt and pepper.
Property was in a great location with nice view. It is on a back corner so you kind of look caddy corner to the ocean & beach but still very good! We loved sitting on the balcony for hours in the morning sunshine. Great place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise. The condo smelled musty but we were there May 1-4 so maybe it had not had time to air out. Showers were good. The first night we had to call the emergency number due to the front door lock not locking from the outside. They sent a technician immediately and it was taken care of. Later on I found that the sliding glass door was unlocked and had been the whole time we were there, so I'm really not sure how secured it was initially. Location is perfect, close to other towns and attractions. Would stay there again!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
We were up on the third floor. Beautiful views & a wonderful location, but climbing up & down 3 floors got to be a hassle. And as for an elevator it should have been made clear that it’s just a slow moving bucket that is just for basic stuff to go up & down. In the brochure it should have been made clear about this system. Also the host should have left instructions on how to use it. We reached after 5 pm & tweeting to figure out how to use it. It was a task in itself trying to get in touch with the host. And we had to take all the garbage out from the condo.
There was no pool that needs to come off the listing. And just a note about text messages, I never got a response to text messages initiated by village Realty during our stay. Just confusing.
We had a wonderful stay at this vacation property! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There are a few small repairs that could be addressed, but nothing that impacted our stay or overall experience.
