The location was great, the house was clean. There were some major safety concerns (exposed wires, light fixtures hanging from the wires, outlet not properly screwed into the wall, no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, missing floor tiles in the kitchen, window that didn’t lock, deck railing that was stapled that a small child could easily fall through).

The house could use a deep cleaning. The door trim is incomplete, and some trim is loose and hanging. Small details, but I notice these things. The bathroom heater didn't work. The view is amazing and I would stay there again.

Thank you for pointing out the cleanliness and trim issues—we've reviewed our cleaning process and brought on a new cleaner, and we're sending a contractor out to address the trim. We'll also take another look at the bathroom heater to make sure everything is working as it should.

Difficult to locate the exact property if you arrive after dark; no clear numbers for the street address. A string of lights or a colored light-something to identify in the dark would be helpful
