Jonna, you booked that house for the pool and three days in you still couldn't see the bottom of it. That is a miss, plain and simple, and cold showers through most of the main house on top of it turned your trip into something you had to manage instead of enjoy. The pool is now on a rebalanced chemical program with readings logged and verified daily before anyone checks in, the main house water heater has been replaced, and refrigerator shelving, vents, and the ice maker are on the turnover checklist now. New listing photos are being shot this month so the grill and patio you see are the ones waiting for you. Bring the whole group back when that water runs clear.
