Super property in great location

Great modern renovation within a characterful old building. Very spacious with lovely large garden and great pool to the back and river to the front. Great facilities in Ducey, just over the bridge with a super creperie. Easy travel to Mont St Michel and other key destinations.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Poilley, les deux semaines sont passées beaucoup trop vite. Nous avons bien profité de cette très grande maison très propre, et très bien entretenue. Cette maison est spacieuse, très lumineuse, et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Tout est fait pour votre confort et pour que vous vous y sentiez bien. Le jardin est très grand et très bien entretenu. Nous avons pu également jouer au ping-pong. Même si la piscine est non chauffée et sans couverture, pour notre part, notre fille s'y est baignée tous les jours. Certains jours la température de l'eau était à 26°C. Avant de profiter pleinement de la piscine il faut effectivement y passer l'épuisette, mais même notre adolescente le faisait sans râler. Il est mis à notre disposition des jeux pour la piscine. La maison se trouve à la sortie de la ville de Ducey. Vous y trouverez quelques commerces : 3 boulangeries, 1 pharmacie, 2 bureaux de tabac, 1 magasin de vêtement, des coiffeurs et des instituts de beauté et de massage. Nous avons essayé tous les restaurants, même le kebab, et tous sont très, très bons : la crêperie, la pizzeria, la brasserie Le Clapeton Café. Alors oui à Ducey ce n'est pas la folle ambiance, mais les commerçants sont vraiment très gentils et très accueillants, et surtout ils n'augmentent pas leurs prix le temps de la saison touristique. Tout y est très bon marché et d'excellente qualité. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Terrible Communications

We had to cancel our trip at the last minute as our daughter had a high fever. This was after the last possible date for any refunds (which was fine and in accordance with the booking conditions). I told the management company that we were not arriving straightaway. However the management company Cocoonr, made it impossible to get the large cleaning fee back. They asked for impossible actions - Vrbo has no option or button to cancel at the last minute. They would not respond to my requests for help.
