Pros: Excellent location for Calgary/Banff travel, good value, host was responsive, basics for the stay were there. Air conditioning worked (sometimes too well).Cons: Original listing (since altered) indicated mountain views and a photo showing opens space/park. This wasn't the case. The words 'basement' and 'small' weren't included in past or current listings. We felt duped by the listing, but made the best of it. Main areas were clean. Under the bed, top of the fridge and the walkway need more attention. Bed is very soft. It was adequate, but not exquisite.

Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback. However, location and property pictures reveal exactly how the suite looks. Property description does not and has not for once included mountain view, and the playground mentioned is right at the end of the street, 3-4 blocks away. There’s never an intent to misrepresent the property and price, I believe, was adequate for the size. Will keep doing our best to ensure guests are comfortable. Thanks again!
