Please make sure all fans lights, air conditioners are out, and windows are closed.

I am from Southern Alberta. My husband and I bought this condo recently so that we could enjoy it as well as let other people enjoy.

Why they chose this property

I chose the beach at the city place for its gorgeous crystal Lagoon. Once the resort is complete, it will be like its own little town. I spent three weeks there alone and always felt safe.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located on the fourth floor and approximately a one minute walk to the crystal Lagoon, which is surrounded by white sand and a pool bar . The light breezy Boho decor, gives you a sense of peacefulness. Once you walk into the condo, the view will take your breath away.
