Spacious riverside retreat in Wisemens Ferry - Perfect for Couples, Families & Groups up to 7 guests.

Watch amazing sunsets and take in the breath-taking views of the Hawkesbury River while you relax and unwind with the whole family or with friends at our Riverside Retreat. Just 10 mins. from Wisemans Ferry, 60 mins from Parramatta or 90 mins from Sydney CBD. A great weekend escape while still being so close to Sydney.

4 bedrooms 5 beds 2 baths. For smaller bookings, the downstairs bedrooms may be locked to help keep our rates affordable. You will have exclusive use of the rest of the house, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, filtered drinking water, coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt, sugar, and other kitchen essentials to help you feel at home.

The home is spread over two levels. The upper level is accessed via stairs from the ground floor and features the main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a separate toilet, and the main bathroom with a separate shower and a full-size bathtub. This level also features the fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area with a cosy wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing on cooler evenings. Additional firewood is available in the shed.

Step through the glass sliding doors from the living area onto the spacious front balcony, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the beautiful Hawkesbury River. Furnished with an outdoor dining seating, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the peaceful riverside scenery.

The covered rear balcony is equipped with a BBQ, a small table, and comfortable seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the tranquil views of Dharug National Park.

On the ground floor, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms, along with a bathroom/laundry area and access to the rear garden. The garden features several seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of Dharug National Park.

A boat ramp is located directly across the road, providing easy access to the Hawkesbury River. Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and exploring the stunning waterways and surrounds. Please note that the river is tidal and can have strong currents, so swim with care.

We provide a few fishing rods, crab pots and landing net for your enjoyment. Please return it after you finish.

The property has a wood burning heater, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout to keep you cool and warm all year round.

Wisemans Ferry village is less than 15 minutes away where you will find a service station, grocer, pub, cafe and bowling club.

Other local attractions and activities include the Convict Trail historic walk, water skiing and fishing on the Hawkesbury/Macdonald River. The Settlers Arms Inn at St Albans is great for a historic pub lunch.

Great place to stay, so serene and a good break from city life. The neighbours were lovely. Communication and check in was a breeze. I would recommended to bring fire starter for the fireplace if you intend on Getting it going.
