Beautifully renovated throughout and tastefully decorated, Villa 167 will cater for your every need like no other. Four-bedroom villas are the flagship villas of the Mirage Resort. Perfectly positioned in a block of just two, this property is located at the northern end of Mirage grounds. Backing onto the 7th Fairway, it’s only a short stroll to the famous Four Mile Beach and a 15-minute leisurely walk into town. Generous in size, it’s perfectly suited to larger families or groups, where quality and space are not compromised.
Designed for optimum privacy with beautiful plantation shutters installed, the Master and second bedrooms are located upstairs. Whilst the bedrooms have separate ensuites, the master has the bonus of a private balcony, the perfect place to unwind and relax on balmy evenings. The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs, substantial in size and share the main bathroom. A separate laundry is available for your added convenience equipped with top of the range, Miele washer and dryer.
Tiled throughout, the ground level is spacious and offers open plan living. The kitchen is fitted with Dekton bench tops and quality appliances, opening onto the dining and living areas. Being split level, the lounge room is accessed via a few steps down from the dining room. Stylishly furnished with a Hamptons feel and finished perfectly with beautiful artwork, the living area overlooks tranquil gardens, where you are transported to your own private oasis.
Glass sliding doors create a full, open frontage and encompass the outdoor area, integrating it with the living space. The veranda has been extended and is an ideal area for sun-down drinks and evening meals. Finished with sandstone pavers and surrounded by tropical gardens, it’s ideal for outdoor entertainment.
