The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The furniture in the living room offers 2 additional sleeping facilities for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven / microwave, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. The spacious bathroom with shower and toilet has a window. The terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers borders the lawn with a large lawn and shady trees.

The apartment has a gas heating for the living area, so that it can be used already in the spring and in the beautiful late summer / fall.

The janitorial couple on site welcomes you u. hands over the apartment keys.

Electricity, heating, hot water and care provided by the caretaker included locally in the rental price. Bed linen and towels necessary. The cost of the final cleaning is currently 40 EUR.
