This condo is beautifully appointed. It has everything you need for a stay at Hilton Head. The property was clean and the host was very accessible. We love Palmetto Dunes, everything is close by. Would stay here again!

Villa was very nice and accurately described and tastefully decorated. Startup supplies were ample and everything we needed. Only issues were the sliding back door off the living room was a little hard to lock and the upstairs gets a little hot with the outside temperature being in the upper 80s ... a standup fan would have done the trick. I also didn't consider the golf course crew mowing at 6am each day ... I would've enjoyed sleeping a little later while on vacation. Overall, villa was very comfortable and would stay there again, short drive to the beach. Great experience overall!!

This was a very nice property. I think my favorite part was sitting on the back deck in the morning with a cup of coffee, just listening to the birds and squirrels and watching the golfers go by.

Very Nice Home!

This was our first of this type of rental and it is very nice! We were vacationing with our daughter, her husband and two kids… plenty of space for all! It was also our first visit to Hilton Head, too. It’s a beautiful area. Since it was spring break, the traffic was crazy, which is totally not on you! LOL The Veits Fort Wayne, IN

The size and location of the unit was perfect. The unit needs some maintenance and updates. Door moldings on exterior doors are broken and hanging loose. Furniture and rugs are somewhat stained. Our main issue was an infestation of German cockroaches in the upstairs bathroom. These are NOT palmetto bugs. They would come out of the plumbing at night time and we would easily see dozens scurrying about. We texted the host on Monday morning and received a text back almost immediately stating that they were sorry and would communicate to us a plan to resolve. I patiently waited until Wednesday morning with no further communication so I texted again. This time I was told they were working with the HOA for a resolution. A second text said they were sending pest control out but roaches were commonly seen this time of year and to keep doors and windows closed. (As if we would have doors and windows standing open in 95 degree weather). No one came on Wednesday so 5 of 7 guests packed up and left 3 days early since they were tired of fighting roaches all night. We left on Friday morning ourselves since everyone else had already left. As an aside, there is also an infestation of plaster bag worms in the downstairs master bath but those are just pesky not necessarily nasty. They will eat textiles though so I wouldn’t want to bring them home. All in all, we were deeply disappointed.
