I care about quality because traveling guests have less time and higher expectations. I believe that quality is rewarded, so I try to increase the satisfaction of each guest, treating them as the most important customer and myself - as a promoter of modern, fair and open Poland. It's not so much, but it requires daily diligence, which is why every guest is the most important. When I leave Warsaw or Poland, I want the Guest to think "It's a nice place and nice people, I'll come back here".
