The room was not cleaned ! Food and grease all over the kitchen ,, the fridge had long hair in it and in the ice , hairballs in the bathrooms and sand everywhere on the floors. Toilets had red scum in them. I called for help and they said they were so busy they didn’t know when they couldGet back to clean. I bought cleaning products and cleaned the entire place . I also found a vacuum and swept . The elevators in parking garage were out of order for 3 days and the pool was cloudy and had to be closed as well. Also some crazy protest was happening 3 nights where police had to come to the beach and Disperse 150 people.

We also apologize for the frustration you experienced when requesting assistance. We understand how disappointing it is to feel that your concerns were not handled promptly during your stay. Regarding the parking garage elevators, pool conditions, and beach activity, those areas are managed by the resort/HOA and local authorities and are outside of our control as condo owners. While we understand these issues affected your vacation experience, they are not related to the condition or management of the condo itself. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will continue working to provide a better experience for our future guests.
