The lovingly renovated stone house Villa Ema is located in the pretty residential area of Krk Stadt.
Elegant, the swimming pool with its pretty garden, elegant loungers and a beautiful covered terrace.
A cozy barbecue area invites you to enjoy the evenings in the villa. Small summer kitchen in the grill area.
The cozy little villa is cozy and offers everything for a wonderful holiday. Pretty bedrooms and modern bathrooms, a large balcony with a sea view, a country house kitchen, and yet not far from the lovely and historic old town of Krk with its beautiful beaches.
If you want rest and relaxation, but also a lot of variety and entertainment, then this is very nice

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit wundervollem Poolbereich

Haus und Garten sind wirklich sehr schön, super sauber und gepflegt. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auch sehr nett. Zum Ortszentrum und "Strand" bzw. Hafen sind es gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Man sollte aber schon gut zu Fuß sein, denn es geht ziemlich bergab und beim zurückgehen dann natürlich auch wieder bergauf (teilweise auch über eine längere Treppe), das sollte man vielleicht wissen. Laut Vermieterin fährt aber wohl auch regelmäßig ein Bus. Die Haltestelle ist gleich nebenan. Das einzige kleine Manko am Haus: Der Poolbereich ist vom Nachbarbalkon (und der Straße) aus doch teilweise ziemlich einsehbar. Wenn man Privatsphäre wünscht, ist man hier vielleicht nicht ganz optimal aufgehoben, wenn einen das aber nicht stört, hat man mit Sicherheit eine tolle Zeit! Wir hatten Sie!!!

Traumurlaub in einem schönen Haus!

Niedliche, geschmackvolle, gut ausgestattete und gepflegte kleine Villa mit einem sehr schön angelegten Garten. Toller Pool. Tolle Grillstelle. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Erholung war maximal. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet auf einem Hügel, man kommt auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt und zu den Badestellen am Meer. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den großen Supermärkten. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr herzlich und angenehm, wir können einen Urlaub dort wärmstens empfehlen.

Badeurlaub in Krk

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollen Pool, genauso wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt Krk und zum Meer sind nur wenige Gehminuten. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin - es hat wirklich alles sehr gut gepasst. Für 4 Personen ist die Unterkunft perfekt.

Empfehlenswert!

Wer den kurzen Weg zur Stadt Krk fußläufig bevorzugt , ist hier in diesem schönen Haus mit allem was es für einen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht, genau richtig. Fürs Wohlergehen im Haus ist alles da. Der Sprung in den schönen Pool nach einem Ausflug mit einem abschließenden Gläschen auf der Terrasse...Topp.

Sehr gepflegetes wunderschönes Haus. Tolle Lichteffekte bei Nacht im Pool und aussenrum. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Klimaanlage im Haus, saubere Bäder toll angelegter Garten wunderschöner sauberer Pool, kompfortabler Stellplatz für Auto, Blick aufs Meer.... Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Die Vermittlerin Frau Postel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Die Hausbesitzer nett und freundlich. Tolles Haus. Wir, als Familie haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Einfach nur schön.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche, bei traumhaften Wetter,, in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Durch die Vermieterin erhielten wir bereits im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Informationen zu Anreise, Geldumtausch, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und vieles andere mehr. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort klappte sehr gut. Der Zustand im und um das Haus war sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Eine Erfrischung im hauseigenen Pool war bei der Hitze eine willkommende Abwechslung. Es war für uns ein gelungener und schöner Urlaub. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Regina und Steffen S. aus Dresden
