This is a Boat access only Island. Bring your boat or use water-taxi.

Adorable waterfront Island Cabin located on beautiful Little Gasparilla Island. Bring your boat and dock right at your front door. No need to lug your stuff across island!!! Enjoy the sunrise over the Inter-coastal Waterway from your moon deck and walk 3 minutes to 7 miles of isolated beach to watch the sunset. This is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a fishing adventure. There are no cars on the Island, access is by boat only. A water taxi is available during your stay for grocery and errands runs. During your stay, you will have access to our kayaks to explore the beautiful island coast. You can rent a golf cart on the island or rent a boat from Gasparilla Marina.

This is the most beautiful beach and BEST fishing in all of Florida!

Little Gasparilla Weekend

"Lunasea" was terrific. Great location with protected dockage. Cabin is fully equipped and very tastefully decorated. Views from porch/ kitchen are great as well. Wish I was able to spend more time there. Highly recommend this property and will visit again for sure

Relaxing Perfect Location

We had an amazing time boating swimming and hanging out @ the sand bar and some fishing for the grand kids. The house was very clean and enjoyable. The location is great and being able to park your boat a few steps away is really convenient.

Love the island vibe

Second stay at this beach house with my family. Extended family stayed nearby. Beautifully remodeled, well furnished, including outside space. Love the outdoor shower. Would stay here again.

The home is cute and comfortable. The downstairs is amazing. Loved the outdoor shower. I loved being on the canal. Would like to rent this property again.

Vacation getaway hidden gem

Better than Advertised

Loved the house and the location. We had a boat for the week which I would highly recommend others do while here. The water taxis are expensive and it’s fun to take the boat up and down the inter coastal especially to go to restaurants The house is fairly well equipped with and the kayaks were nice to have.

We missed out!

We had last minute problems with our transportation to the house. The owner worked with us as much as possible but unfortunately we were unable to make it happen. I will say this, we worked with the owner and Cape Haze Marina back and forth rearranging plans trying to make it happen and I couldn’t ask for more professional people to work with. Looking forward to making this happen as soon as possible. Great communication and the community and scenery look awesome.

A Beautiful Getaway

The fun began with a short boat ride. We were welcomed by dolphins dipping and diving directly infront of the rental. They came to visit everyday. That set the tone for a few magical days of relaxation. The home is in excellent location and it appears exactly as in photos. Communication with the owner was a breeze, friendly and easy. The beach is just breath taking and a short walk away. We were there ALL day and had the beach to ourselves. We saw a manatee swim by, along with so many fish and wild life. The beach has thousands of shell's right at your fingtips. The island has some hurricane damage but it did not affect our stay. Cleanup and construction is well underway. The locals are welcoming and friendly. Our rental was comfy and had everything you could need. I loved the downstairs bar the best. I would not hesitate to book again and plan on doing so. What a magical place!!

Ideal Location

We wanted a place to boat from and this was it. Minutes out to gulf, stump pass, boca grande. Easy docking for our 26’ boat. Comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Very short stroll to beach as well. Plenty to do and see.

Great spot on LGI

Very clean house on quiet canal. Beautiful sunrise and nice neighbors. LGI is great, if you know what you're doing (there are no roads to LGI so you either need a boat or take the water taxi).

Winter stay on LGI at LunaSea

We enjoyed staying at the cabin, despite the cold temperatures the first three days, even though we are Floridians. There were plenty of blankets/quilts available. The cabin's layout and floor plan is perfect for a couple. The trash pick up was perfect! We were greeted by several long-term residents (30-47 yr island residents!) during our travels around the island while riding the golf cart daily. Shelling at the beach is a must!

Relaxing Retreat

Carolyn’s cabin is a perfect place to unwind! It’s quiet, clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Multiple outside seating areas -both in the sun and in full shade- make it a joy to lounge outdoors. Enjoying a glass of wine on the deck while watching dolphins swimming in the canal was pretty magical! The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries and provided great communication about the house and island. We hope to make a return visit! Oh, and don’t forget to order a wood fired pizza freshly baked and delivered by One-Eyed Willy - so good!

Wonderful two Night Stay

This house was so perfect for us. No ac or heat needed. It’s right on the water. Our boat was right in front of us. It’s just absolutely perfect. The porches are wonderful and the outdoor bath is awesome. Thanks guys
