- All beds have a mattress protector, we can supply up to 40 sets of bedding (fitted sheet, sheet, doona, pillow & pillowcase) at an extra charge - enquire within at Forest Lodge farm website.
- A damage deposit must be paid prior to arrival directly to Forest lodge farm an invoice will be sent at the time of booking. Inspection of the property and equipment in full will take place after departure, and any damages incurred will be deducted from the initial deposit. Occupants are liable for further payment if damages exceed the deposit held.
Throughout your stay and upon departure guests are required to keep the property clean and tidy as upon arrival. Cleaning fee charged covers sanitization only.
