Welcome to Cosy House 101
This residence, located in a quiet residential area just an 8-minute walk from Itabashi Station on the Saikyo Line, exudes a traditional Japanese atmosphere and a sense of history. Tokyo (Itabashi Station) is just one stop (2 minutes) away from Tokyo (Ikebukuro Station) on the Saikyo Line—the location is perfect!
It’s about 2 km from super-famous tourist spots like Nanja Town, Animate, and the Sunshine Aquarium, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
In addition, there are direct buses to Ikebukuro Station from Narita and Haneda Airports, making access excellent.

Convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, 100-yen shops, and coin-operated laundromats are all within a few minutes’ walk, making daily life very convenient. On nice days, it’s a pleasant walk to Ikebukuro.

The living room is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay, including a sofa (that doubles as a bed), a coffee table, a dining table, a TV with a built-in tuner, and Wi-Fi.
The bedroom has one semi-double bed and one single bed; with extra mattresses, it can sleep up to four people. Furthermore, if you use the sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can accommodate up to five guests.

The house was great, very clean and great size. However, there are a few things that made my stay average. First, the toilet does not have a bidet and does not warm up, this was very inconvenient. The location is decent but the nearest station is very chaotic, so just something to keep in mind. Lastly, the A/C only heat up the room, so you would go out to the toilet at night or in the morning and you'd go from warm to extremely cold in a second, same with the shower. It is a good stay but I will stay somewhere else next time I am in town.
