On a 2000 sqm plot, this detached house is on the left. The excellent location gives you almost all day long sunshine hours, which can be enjoyed with south or the spacious balcony on a partly covered terrace.

In addition to the 8 beds, a cot is (travel cot) in the house that can be set up individually. The sleeping arrangements are divided into 4 bedrooms, each bedroom is comfortably furnished, with 1 bedroom with a private bathroom (shower / WC) has. Furthermore, located in. 1 Stock another bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor of the house a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and highchair are available next to the luxurious living area with dining table, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player.

Also on the ground floor there is another toilet and a drying room with washing machine.
