While it’s not close to the parks, being able have room for our whole family to spread out and enjoy the phenomenal view of the Tetons made it well worth the drive to Yellowstone or Grand Teton.
When we weren’t at the parks the amenities gave all of us plenty keep ourselves busy and entertained.
The property is better than the pictures! We loved the many options for all ages to do there. Morgan was fabulous to answer all of my quick texts while we were there.
There are many beautiful places to see that aren’t far from the property. We really enjoyed our stay!
This house is amazing for a large group. The views are incredible. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset each night. Plenty of beds and futons. The gaming room was the teens favorite. We loved playing pickleball and basketball too. So much to do and plenty of space for everyone. Overall a wonderful stay!
We celebrated my wife's birthday with the family. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room with many beds to spare. There was also lots of activities for people of all ages to stay entertained while it was snowing outside, and we were inside. The sledding hill was easy to use and great fun. We will be staying here again in the future.
We really enjoy this house. There’s so many things to do for all ages. We were disappointed that there was so much snow. We couldn’t use the tow on the sledding hill.
Other than that a very enjoyable stay.
This was the best, large family house we have ever stayed in. It was designed for all ages in mind with video game abilities, movie theater, pickle ball, basketball, play area with a zip line inside and large TV’s all around the house. The location is magnificent given it is placed midway on a mountain area that gives you a panoramic view of the area and Teton Mountains.
Morgan was a fabulous host. Always communicating and answering our questions. If you want a unique, special experience you will want to rent this house!
Our family of 33 enjoyed a reunion to celebrate our 88 year old dad who grew up in the area. He shared stories and we visited his old homestead. The rental house was clean and modern with plenty of space for family units. The owner was helpful and ensured we had all our questions answered as we prepared for the trip. The home exceeded our expectations and the views are indescribable. We definitely recommend a stay here and may come again!
What an incredible house! Everything was as advertised if not better. Beautiful views, so many fun things to do the house and the zip line could not have been cooler. Our family had a wonderful time!
This is an a amazing property. The views are endless and beautiful. The home has everything to keep kids, teens and adults engaged and happy. We highly recommend it. It worked great for our family of 30.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, beautiful views, many fun things to do for kids, teens and adults with plenty of room. Very clean and the decor was very nice. Kids loved the zipline and gaming room and adults loved the movie room. We stayed there to visit Yellowstone but also enjoyed the days we just stayed at the house. Only complaint would be the hard mattresses with memory foam that didn't allow you to move much. We would definitely return here if the opportunity arose and would recommend it highly to anyone wanting a place for families to gather, room to be together and room to spread out.
It was veery clean, well equipped, easy to work with the owners, kids enjoyed all the games and activities, and wonderful views. Very peaceful setting,
The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners thought of everything for a family vacation. There were pretend play areas and accessories for the kids under 5, tech games for the teens and a poker set for the adults, in addition to the pool table, shuffleboard and air hockey. Every single kitchen utensil you can think of was there and all the drawers were labeled for easy access. The management company was responsive and considerate. They left a lovely gift basket and even delivered 2 coolers for us to take to Yellowstone. All in all, you should definately book this property! We're so glad we did.

My family of 13 reserved this property on the premise that it was supposed to be a "ski in, ski out" property. About one to two weeks before we arrived, I got a message saying the owners were trying to get the ski area completed. It was not completed by the time of our stay which was a big bummer and huge inconvenience b/c the closest area to ski is at least an hour away. We knew the house was remote, and that the nearest small town was about 10 miles away (to get groceries, etc.), but that wasn't a concern since the house had a theater, gaming room, zip line, air hockey table, hot tub, and ski area.
We could never get the gaming room to work (even though it had 7 Xboxes). We had six teenagers who were looking forward to gaming together. After DVDs were delivered to us by someone at the property, we were able to use the theater room.
Here are the pros of our trip/house/location:
- house is incredible; fully stocked with plenty of towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, etc. It had two types of coffee makers (pod and old fashioned filter). There was an outside griddle/hibachi and a gas grill. There are two refrigerators, two washers, two dryers, plenty of blankets, pillows, etc.
- view is beautiful especially on a clear day when you can see the Tetons
- private and remote
- relaxing atmosphere
- lots of card games, board games, and books provided by the owner
Cons:
- DO NOT arrive in winter without a 4x4. We coudn't get two of our vehicles up the driveway. We had to use the only 4x4 that we had as a shuttle back and forth to the end of the driveway. (This was our fault, not the owner's.)
- This house is far away from most winter activities. We hear it's a great location in the spring/summer for fishing, but it's far away from all ski locations. It was at least an hour drive to the nearest one.
- Make sure you ask if the ski area at the house is complete before you arrive. Also make sure the virtual room is complete. Make sure the gaming room (xboxes) are working.
- One bunk room's window was leaking and the dripping noise it made forced everyone in that room to sleep in another room
---------------------------------
We knew it was a new house and there would be minor issues like the window dripping, but most of us who were responsible for paying for this house felt like we were gipped on some of the amenities it was supposed to have by the time we arrived.
Amazing and unique property! Unlike anywhere we have stayed.
We loved our stay here! I mean the house has a theater and an indoor zip-line... what more do I need to say??? It was truly a world class family retreat. The location, the view, the house... everything was beyond our expectations. We will not forget this vacation. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. We will be back.
