Welcome to your perfect Yukon basecamp in Whitehorse's most sought-after neighbourhood, Takhini North! This spacious 1,850 sq ft home (built 2011) features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests (though two more could sleep on the couches!) with brand-new queen-size Endy memory foam mattresses in every room.
-The master bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
-Stay warm with electric heating throughout, plus a cozy wood stove in the living area (available by request for experienced guests). Enjoy your favorite shows on the 44" TV with Chromecast, or stay connected with high-speed Starlink internet—perfect for remote work, streaming, or gaming.
Kitchen & Laundry
-The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals. In-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided makes extended stays effortless.
Outdoor Amenities
-Unwind in our stunning wood-fired sauna featuring beautiful timber-frame construction and stained glass accents (available by request for an additional fee). Summer guests can enjoy the deck with patio furniture or a bon fire in the back yard. Watch for the magical Northern Lights from the back deck during your stay.
-Parking is convenient with space in the driveway and on the street. Winter guests will appreciate vehicle plug-ins with timers provided—just ask if you're unfamiliar with the process, and we'll show you how.
