Quiet house located close to everything with water front access. Was under the impression the boat lift would work, but it did not. Easy access to the estuary. Home was fully furnished and came with everything needed to cook. Master bedroom was very comfortable, we did not use any other rooms. Would definitely look for this property again when returning to the area.

We'd like to clarify that the boat lift does work, however you do have to request access to it in advance as it is subject to owner approval. If you return to the area and stay with us again, just send us a message prior to your arrival requesting access to the boat lift, and we will work to make that happen for you!

We brought our 20' boat. Had plenty of room for parking our vehicle and trailer. The place was very clean with a cute nautical theme. Seemed to be newly renovated with new appliances and bathrooms. The access to Matlacha Pass and Pine Island sound for boating to Sanibel & Captiva was so easy. We are from the area, but used this for a great Staycation. We had a wonderful time hosting a family member for a awesome weekend of fishing. The only complaint was communication with the property management was tough.
