The property is great, as described. Nice and clean, very convenient on and off the main highway and I-15. Pool/slide/lazy river was great. The beds were much harder than we prefer, but over all the place was great.

Fantastic little vacation rental! Take a screenshot of the door code while you still have cell service. There's not much available until you're on the wifi, and it made checking a bit difficult. I loved how everything was labeled and there were plenty of extras. We intentionally left behind some pool floats, hopefully others are able to use them The i-15 that ran alongside wasn't an issue for sleeping, but it wasn't very tranquil at the pool. Also, the upstairs guests liked to stomp around at 4-4:30 AM as I'm assuming they were getting up early to hike Zion. Nothing the VRBO can do about either of those, just wanted to give future guests the heads up. Also wanted to let people know about the RUSH Funplex across the street. It was a happy accident, but my family had a blast there as well, and it was super convenient.Overall, great stay and would stay here again!
