This beautifully crafted, newly built home is nestled in the heart of Nelson's desirable "Uphill" neighborhood. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just a 3-minute drive from downtown, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops. Within walking distance, explore scenic multi-use rec trails, Lions Park, and the Uphill Market corner store. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this home delivers stunning views, privacy, style, and practicality.
Blending simplicity, functionality, and comfort, the home provides guests with a cozy and welcoming 1,150 sq. ft. space for their stay.
The top floor features two comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep, while the main floor includes a small multi-use den with a desk and a full/double bed for additional sleeping space.
There are two bathrooms: one with a luxurious wet room-style shower and bathtub, complete with a washer/dryer, and a second convenient two-piece bathroom on the main level.
The open-concept main floor seamlessly combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Two south-facing decks provide ample seating for outdoor enjoyment, and the top deck features a SoftTub hot tub located off the master bedroom for ultimate relaxation. The maximum number of guests permitted is 6; however, for optimal comfort, we recommend a maximum of 5 adult guests.

Beautiful property located just up the hill from the main part of town. The back of the property receives great shade which is very nice for the upper and lower decks. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc. for cooking there. The host is very responsive. We were to add an extra day onto our reservation right after booking without issue.

It was the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at! Very new building with a perfect 3-bedroom floorplan. The decor was perfect. Our email communication with the host was perfect. We even were given to permission to move in early and met the cleaner who was just finishing up - and she was also very friendly. We could not have asked for any better overall experience!!!

My family and I are on a motorcycle trip through BC and found this location at the last minute the night before. I messaged the host later in the night and they answered back in a prompt manner. They were extremely friendly to deal with. Clean house and nicely organized for the visitors. There is a small parking space down the back alley which is nice. The parking in the back was a little steep for a motorcycle to back in, but that was extremely minimal of a hiccup. All in all, amazing location, stunning views from the house! Will definitely keep this place in the favourites for future bike trips!!

Great location, close to town but not too close. Very good quality amenities and appliances. Perfect for a girls weekend or a family trip. The orange cat Roo was also the cutest visitor! Highly recommend!
