The host went above and beyond for us when Microwave went out he replaced same day. The travel toiletries and snacks and waters were so nice to have since it’s Rural. We loved our stay and would book again.

Great property with things to do if you just want a relaxing day at the house. Go sit on the dock and enjoy the peace of the river or play darts under the house. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived!

We had the best time with the kids and our dogs this week. Our golden retriever was in heaven on the river. We visited the springs, caught a gator baseball game, visited a few antique stores and went on a manatee springs boat tour. It was a wonderful visit. The house has everything we needed and the kids loved all the extras like fishing poles, bikes, dartboard and more.

Book this place!

We went there for two nights for my birthday. The location is amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun come up and set, and having meals from Patti and Richards dock. The house was super clean and fully stocked. They had thought about everything from toiletries, to fire wood, fire starters, darts, corn hole, fishing poles with tackle, bikes, a grill (which isn't mentioned on the listing but they have a new one). The street is a beautiful leafy street with the springs only 4 minutes away. Patti was very responsive and even was so kind to send me something that we left behind. The property is completely fenced off so we were able to let our dogs roam freely. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay by the springs.

This place was amazing! Even better than advertised. My family loved the home. The host was very informative and helpful. The home was very clean. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers and a snack bowl on the counter when we walked in. The views from the dock were breathtaking. We were able to watch the sun rise and set while sitting on the dock. Fanning Springs is right up the river and Old Town Grocery was very close as well. The are is huge and fully fenced so we will be visiting again and bring our fur babies along with us. The Anheuser-Busch cars and truck banks brought so many memories for me as my father worked there for most of my childhood. Our house was always full of steins and swag. It was very nostalgic. We were so intrigued with the property that we extended our stay. I highly recommend this listing.

The house was just as described on this site. They even had extra things like paddle boards, bikes, darts, jumbo size checkers and corn hole. The location was great right on the river and not far from our favorite restaurant, The Lighthouse. It was great to be able to take our son's dog as he is getting on up in age and part of our family. This place truly is an all in one house. We will definately stay her again.
