Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Violation of this will result in a $1,000 fee and termination of the reservation without refund.
Guests must remain within the fenced areas of the yard at all times. The area beyond the fence contains steep terrain and cliffs and is dangerous.
