As this was one of our very first bookings on VRBO, we unfortunately experienced an issue during the initial setup of our account. Due to a misunderstanding, our team believed that our VRBO calendar had synchronized with our other booking platforms when, in fact, it had not. This resulted in an unexpected double booking, and unfortunately your reservation overlapped with another confirmed stay. While we are grateful that the VRBO support team was able to quickly assist you in finding alternative accommodations, we recognize that this did not make up for the stress and disruption to your travel plans.
