Why Dennis Mak chose Aberdeen
Aberdeen is a very special and important area in Hong Kong. Hong Kong (also known as Fragrant harbour) was actually coming from this fishing village. It is one of the few local Hong Kong fishing villages which is still operating as an important seafood wholesale market in Hong Kong. It is such an unique experience on the water at the fishing village, feeling the sea breeze while experiencing the authentic floating culture.
