The house is well sited for visits to places of interest in Burra. It is somewhat large than I expected, with a room adjacent to each bedroom. In the lounge room there is a good wood burning heater and lots of firewood is provided, as well as kindling etc, for starting the fire. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding to our enquiries. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

A nice quirky and comfortable home for our 3 night stay. Well presented and all the amenities we required. Two bathrooms and air conditioners in both bedrooms were the main selling points. Two suggested improvements:Put suit case racks in both bedrooms. Replace the very wobbly dining chairs - they’re getting to be dangerous.

A cosy wood fire, gorgeous surroundings, beautiful kitchen with everything you will need, including the elegant glassware, Robert Gordon Diner set and the stunning stoneware. The gardens are lovely, it had a very nice vibe on the property. The communication with the owner was perfect.
