The cabin has a full kitchen with everything you’d need to make your home cooked meals, a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, with free wireless internet access. A private sitting area on the deck that offers a nice view overlooking the water and is equipped with a full size BBQ. There’s a bedroom on the main floor of the cabin that has a queen bed, along with two double beds upstairs in the loft which are separated by a two pint walls and the stairs coming up in the middle. In the bedroom wardrobe you will find a good selection of games to play while you all relax. There is a table for you to sit at in the front room that can extend to seat up to 6 people (extra leaf is in the closet). You can enjoy a quiet bath or a shower in the full bathroom. Towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are stocked for you. The kitchen is stocked with your basic needs as well, tea, coffee, coffee mate creamer, sugar, sweetener, salt and pepper too.
Additional features are an indoor pool and games room at the lodge to enjoy while you stay. We have a community fire pit area down by the water that you can enjoy and a small doc for you to get your row boat, paddle board, kayak, or floaty in the water to enjoy. The property also includes an easy to follow trail system around our Cowan Pond (trail is about 5 kms return), and we are a short walk from Lac Le Jeune Lake and the Provincial Park. Stay and explore all the trails close by with your off road vehicle, bike or enjoy by hiking. Ride out from the cabin and ride in too - respectfully and safely ride out from your cabin to many trails just outside our property. There’s water ways to kayak, canoe, and paddle board in the spring, summer and fall. Hunting in the wilderness areas and fishing in the many lakes around you. Winter time is beautiful too, which brings snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating on the pond and sledding. Stair Lake has around 60 kms of trails, they also maintain the popular cross country trails there in the winter along with snowshoeing trails you will talk about for years to come. We aren’t too far from the downhill ski areas too.
Whether you’re staying for a couple nights or vacationing for a week or more, there is always adventures waiting for you to experience, or to just enjoy your much deserved peace a quiet while you relax! Guests who have already come have all made sure to say that they will definitely be back!
