Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are sincerely sorry to hear about the frustrations during your stay. We want to gently clarify that our listing accurately reflects space for up to 3 guests—offering a full-size bed and a couch—and does not advertise central air conditioning, as noted on our listing page. Regarding front door access, our electronic keypad automatically enters a temporary safe mode when a code is entered incorrectly multiple times, which redirected entry through our back door. Please rest assured that our home and entryways are thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners before every guest arrival to maintain high standards. We appreciate your input as we work to keep our listing details clear and transparent, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
