This apartment was superb. Perfect location, everything we needed in walking distance, bakers butchers fishmonger. View was awesome. Free parking a 3 minute walk was great. Laetitia our host gave spot on recommendations and was very helpful. Highly recommend this as a fabulous place to stay. We hope to come back soon.

Magnifique appartement refait à neuf. L'emplacement est incroyable et la chambre est au calme.Quel plaisir de déjeuner face au port ou de profiter de la terrasse.Merci aussi pour les petits cadeaux à notre arrivée.Nous espérons revenir prochainement.

Wir haben fünf Tage im Appartement verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit seinen schönen Bars und Restaurants hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement war sehr elegant und hochwertig eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass wir die mitgenommenen E-Bikes in einem kleinen Hof sicher abstellen konnten.

10 Sterne plus! Die Lage am Hafen, der Ausblick sind super. Apartment und Einrichtung vom Inhaber (Bruno, Architekt) gestaltet sind modern und gefälllig, die Möbel (Betten, Stühle, Sofa usw.) gemütlich. Alles ist sauber, der Balkon nett (etwas zugig). Dennoch maximal 7 Sterne insgesamt. Warum? Man fragt sich, ob ein Architekt in seiner selbst designten Wohnung leben möchte. Der Kleiderschrank bspw. bietet keine Möglichkeit, Kleider oder Mäntel aufzuhängen (Abstand Boden-Kleiderstange ist zu gering, sodass die Sommerkleider meiner Frau in der Wohnung verteilt aufgehängt werden mussten). Das moderne, puristisch designte Badezimmer sieht so schick aus wie das gesamte Apartment, aber die Beleuchtung ist schwach; das Licht am Spiegel reicht zum Rasieren und Schminken bei weitem nicht aus; auch befindet sich dieses abseits des Waschbeckens - ein Schminkspiegel fehlt zudem. Ebenso lässt sich das Badezimmer nicht blickdicht verdunkeln: es gibt Gardinen, aber keine Vorhänge, Jalousien o. ä. Sitzt man auf der Toilette, ist der Blickwinkel durch das Badezimmerfenster so, dass niemand zusehen kann. Gleiches gilt für die Dusche. Sofern man aber von der Toilette oder Tür des Badezimmers zur Dusche geht (oder andersherum) oder am Waschbecken steht, wird man nur mit exibitionistischer Veranlagung glücklich - der Blick vom gegenüberliegenden Haus/Treppenhaus ist garantiert. Form follows Function, nicht anders herum - das sollte hier beherzt werden.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sie liegt zentral in Paimpol und ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es gibt in Fussdistanz alle notwendigen Geschäfte: Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Touristenbüro ...

Un appartement tout neuf avec une vue imprenable sur le port

Les propriétaires ont remarquablement rénové cet immeuble et étant architecte, monsieur a choisi des prestations haut de gamme, avec une belle salle de bain, entièrement carrelée de petits carreaux gris, un coin douche à l'italienne avec une robinetterie Grohe très haut de gamme, un lavabo profond qui se remplit au moyen d'un joy-stick en inox. Le plancher de l'appartement est en chêne massif verni incolore mat. C'est magnifique. Les fenêtres sont neuves et celles de la rue au moins sont équipées de vitrages phoniques ce qui fait qu'on n'entend pas du tout les "kéké" à scooter qui s"amusent parfois à provoquer les touristes. Les fenêtres de la chambre et de la salle de bain donnent sur une cour arrière, et nous avons pu dormir profondément fenêtres ouvertes. Un gigantesque rideau occultant très agréable à manoeuvrer équipe la fenêtre de la chambre. Le coin cuisine est très compact et fonctionnel, le coin TV et divan également. La vue dur le port est à couper le souffle. Il faut féliciter le propriétaire pour la qualité de la prestation qu'il propose. On descend un étage, on ouvre la porte de la rue et on est au milieu des restaurants, tout près du poissonnier, du carrefour-market, des boulangeries et en plein sur le marché du mardi qui s'étend sur toute la vieille ville. Pour la voiture, pas de problème: les alentours regorgent de parkings gratuits. C'est un must à Paimpol. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et le recommandons donc vivement.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Paimpol dans cet appartement situé dans le port à proximité immédiate des commerces et des restaurants (la boulangerie est de l'autre côté de la rue !). L'appartement est bien équipé et bien insonorisé : fenêtres fermées, on n'entend pas du tout les bruits de la rue et la chambre donne côté cour donc pas de problème la nuit non plus.

un appartement idéalement situé, propre et fonctionnel. Idéal pour voyageurs en train qui trouveront tout à porté de main. De belles balades à pied : Arcouest, Guilben, Beaufort.
