This place is located in a fantastic area for beach access as well as walking for bars or restaurants. Nice heated pool and lots of covered parking. We will be back next year if they have anything available. - B.Lowe

Very enjoyable. We been coming for 10 years and like the place very well. Betty in the office is very accommodating and helpful. We especially like the new patio area near the grilles and the new tiles. Our parking stall was very small/narrow. Could hardly park and get out of our car. Otherwise very nice.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this condo. The unit was clean and bright and had the basics needed for a stay. A small amount of dish and laundry soap was provded as well, which was very nice. The beds and pillows weren't to our personal preference, but I'm sure it would be great for others. The condo has a heated pool, though it can feel crowded if too many folks are there. They also have shuffleboard and some cornhole boards to use. Chairs are provded that can be utilized at the beach, which was an awesome bonus. The location is great. We were able to walk to John's Pass, Pirate's Cove mini golf, ice cream, coffe shops, and restaurants.

Wonderful vacation. We are very happy to see the area rebuilding after the hurricanes. On site management at Collwood was very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my entire booking experience.
