Two queen sized beds with 1 en-suite/bathroom. (Shower, vanity, toilet). This is situated off bedroom 1.
Spacious kitchenette and dining area.Fridge/freezer, microwave, air-fryer, toaster. No oven. Cutlery, crockery and utensils for this style of cooking.
Spacious lounge area with TV.
Washing machine and dryer or outside line for your convenience.
Enjoy a coffee or wine outside on our tank, with recycles hand made timber furniture.

My link with Augusta goes back to very early childhood. We hope you discover and beauty of this town and district and love it as we do.
I enjoy ocean swimming, golf, cooking, eating, outback Australia, and a good red wine and bubbles when celebrating!
