SOL has 700 square feet and has been outfitted for all your needs. The living area is furnished with a full-size leather sofa, swivel chair, and 55-inch flat screen TV. Entering the kitchen, you’ll see full size appliances, quartz countertops, a microwave and oven, Keurig coffee maker, and a complete Ninja blender set. The bathroom has a spacious, open shower, vanity, and generous cabinet space. The two bedrooms have king size beds with Novaform 14” comfort grande mattresses, six drawers for extra storage, and 42” flat screen TVs. The property is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Beautiful Cottage!

Loved the property! Very clean and comfortable! Perfect location to the beach, coffee shop, dinner, ice cream, and shopping! All within walking distance.Comfortable beds! Hosts were very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Little slice of paradise

This cottage was perfect and very clean. The hosts did a great job of communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even have a binder with menus and info on the area. The location is less than 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. This will definitely be our go to place to stay when we visit in the future.

Perfect beach cottage!

10 out of 5 stars. This property is absolutely adorable and extremely clean. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owners clearly take pride in this property and care about the customers experience. Indian Rocks is a quiet beachy area and very close to Clearwater and St Pete's. We loved this vacation and will return!

Great stay in Sol

Sol exceeded our expectations. The location is great right in the heart of Indian Rocks and walkable to many restaurants. The property is very clean and well kept on both the outside and the inside. The hosts are easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

This historical 1946 Indian Shores home has been fully renovated from the floors to the ceiling to meet all your expectations. Only 177 steps to the white, sandy Indian Rocks Beach, a 13-minute drive to the famous Clearwater beach, and 25 minutes to St. Pete Beach. You’ll find it’s a short walk to local coffee shops, great restaurants, bars to enjoy your favorite cocktails, a CVS store next to the property to pick up anything you may have forgotten – from toothpaste to beach gear, and entertainment for the whole family. The cottage also provides free WIFI, Spectrum App tv, and new central air conditioning. A block from the cottages you will find SPLASH Waterpark with 2 large water slides and one tube speed slide.
