A very comfortable and well-maintained home, located 7 km from the Verneuil-sur-Avre train station, featuring a contemporary style, an enclosed garden with a barbecue overlooking the manor’s moat, private parking, bicycles of all sizes available, a ping-pong table, outdoor games, a private pétanque court, a secure private fishing area in the moat, and board games for adults and children.
1 bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) that can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed.
1 guest room on the landing with a 140-cm bed and a comfortable sofa bed.
2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, including 1 separate toilet.
Dedicated workspace with a desk and free Wi-Fi.
3 televisions, including 1 4K TV.
All baby equipment provided.
Modern kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances.

Ravis et enchantés.

Accueil de qualité, gîte très agréable et confortable. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé y compris pour les jeux de plein air ou de société.
