Look no further for a place to stay in GP. This is the one. The place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need and then some. I had technical issues with the tv and the host came to help within minutes. She is a super kind family lady and that reflects in the house. The beds and sheets are SO incredibly comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is great. These are very important things for me! If I had to say anything slightly negative it would be that the doors make noise when you open them for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Really not a big deal but it’s my only not positive thing to say. Thank you to the hosts for offering quality accommodations.

Our host Melinda, was a very good communicator. The house was well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed. We were 5 "mature" women attending the Bear Creek Music Festival so having the 5 bedrooms was ideal. And 2.5 bathroom much appreciated. The back yard was also a plus, even though we didn't use it much.A concern for some of us: The sheets were synthetic, not cotton, and this is not a preference.A serious concern for all of us: The smell/scent in the house when we entered was overpowering and it took a while to track down the source. We found 3 plug in deodorizers, two upstairs and one downstairs. Once we opened all the windows and doors and aired the place out, it was tolerable for most of us. However for two of the guests, this was a serious problem as they had significant sensitivity to this type of chemical scent. I realize this is a preference but we all felt that in a "public" space (which this becomes as a rental property) it would be better to avoid the use of these types of "air fresheners".

This was the perfect place for my family (3 sisters, my niece and nephew and their spouses) to all stay together when another niece got married. The whole house was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided, and there were state-of-the-art features that were fun for us baby boomers to experience. We didn't do any cooking, but all the necessary equipment was provided, including barbecue. Nice deck and back yard to hang out in, too. Our hostess checked in with me several times via email to make sure we had everything we needed. (Thank you, Melinda!) I would definitely stay there again.
