My apartment is very spacious and fully equipped for 6 people; it's kept very clean, tidy, and organized, giving you the feeling of being at home in Vietnam. Even better is its prime location, with everything within walking distance: restaurants and cafes right next door, Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, the Opera House, and Ben Thanh Market are just a few minutes' walk away; Saigon Square and Takashimaya shopping malls are right across the street, saving you time and money on your trip. Despite this, the apartment remains very quiet, welcoming you back to rest after experiencing and exploring Vietnam's most vibrant city.

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before checking out, please ensure that you have not left any belongings behind.
Then, leave all the main door keys (if applicable) and elevator cards inside the apartment. Take a photo of them and send it to me.
Afterward, please turn off all the air conditioners and close the door. You won't need the elevator card when you go downstairs. If my maid arrives, please hand over all the keys and cards to her.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours from 9 PM onwards - Smoking permitted on balcony - Remove shoes inside - Strictly no drugs or prostitution.
1. Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM. Flexible times may be considered based on availability.. 4. Smoking allowed on balcony with windows closed.
5. Be mindful of toilet paper use to prevent blockages. 6. Turn off electrical appliances when not in use. 7. Motorbike parking available at a fee.
