Great central location. Walkable to everything downtown. Check in access to get the key via a key cafe at nearby 7-11 was a bit of a process we didn’t expect.Apartment was super comfortable with all the amenities of home. Great patio to enjoy some sunshine and down time. Comfy bed.

We loved staying here! Right in the middle of downtown. Everything was walkable. Everything was clean and up to date. We didn't use the pool and hot tub but we did go out and take a look. It was lovely. The bed was super comfortable. Extra blankets and towels abound. Comfy sofa. We would love to come back!

The check-in process was easy. Appreciated the secure building and parking access. The host was great at providing information and responding quickly to questions.The suite is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Great kitchen! The king-sized bed was comfy and the ensuite bathroom is spacious.The location is perfect for access to the Inner Harbour, Downtown, and Beacon Hill Park.We loved our stay at The Falls!

Here’s a balanced review that stays positive while gently acknowledging the rules:We had a great stay. The condo is modern, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. The location is outstanding—you can easily walk to the Inner Harbour, restaurants, shops, and many of Victoria’s main attractions. The pool was also a great bonus, especially for our five-year-old after a day of sightseeing.As with many downtown condo buildings, there are quite a few building rules and procedures. We completely respected them and had no issues, but guests should be prepared to follow them closely.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located home base in Victoria.

Good Morning, Barbara! Thank you again for your excellent hospitality! Your condo was so well equipped and the perfect space for us and Hunter. The kitchen was awesome, the beds were very comfy, and the linen was lovely! We loved the room darkening blinds and the location and accessibility of the parking spot and the elevator! Very perfect with the dog.We absolutely loved the condos location! It is so close to everything fabulous to experience in downtownVictoria ! Only one minor complaint is that if you are a light sleeper affected by traffic noise we recommend that you bring earplugs for sleeping! Hopefully, we will see you again! An excellent stay --- apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious. Lovely view of The Empress.Though it is in the heart of downtown, it was quiet at night. No noise issues. Location is terrific. Close to everything. Very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. Great amenities - we lucked out with the weather, and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The gym is very small (lots of free weights, but only one bench. No equipment), but usable in a pinch. There's actually a great gym a few blocks away (called Studio 4 Athletics) that you can pay a small fee to use. We did that instead. Check in and out via the Key Cafe was easy and quick. We'll definitely stay again!

The Falls Hotel downtown is convenient for seeing Victoria. This unit is great for a couple, and it is beautifully equipped and decorated. The appliances were all high end and the art work is stunning. The ony drawback is the check in at the 7-11 where you go to enter a code at a key tender to get your keys. The host is very helpful and available. I recommend this location.
