Please remove all rubbish from the apartment upon checkout, and place in the red or yellow bins allocated to Unit 15 on the ground floor.
Please turn all lights, fans and heater off prior to departure. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked. Please also ensure the front door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, this is a shared apartment complex
