Hans and Tess were very kind hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great little place. Kids had a blast on the kayaks. Would highly recommend

Thank you so much, and yes, your review is very much appreciated and of course, we will do even better for our next guests, as our philosophy is: We aim to achieve 5 stars for all our guests.
The location is set among beautiful lush green rolling hills and farm land. Perhaps not so convenient for people who want ready access to supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants, but a lovely place to stay if seeking tranquility. The accommodation was clean, pleasant, and equipped with everything necessary to make life comfortable and easy. The hosts were friendly, hospitable and very helpful (they met me at the train station, drove me to the car hire venue, and guided me to their out-of-town property).
EV charging is available, but the owner charges you 2/hour to charge in cash just as you are leaving - this was not disclosed on the listing. There is no change given so bring some coins along. Free EV charging is available at Gympie Central (BYO cable - Exploren). Towels and appliances are bit dated but ok for a short getaway. Kayaking on the lake was a nice bonus.
