Superb location, super relaxing getaway.
We loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment. If you are up for a remote location with nothing but the beach and ocean to keep you company this is the place.
The house itself is very well equipped and deceptively big which meant we all had enough space to mind our own business but then to come together as a family when we wanted to!
The porch overlooks a complete ocean view literally 10 metres to the beach. This house could not be closer.
We loved having marshmallows on the campfire, sitting on the porch watching the Pelicans dive into the ocean and seeing the odd car or runner pass us by.
The weather was great which meant the remote location was fine... if you were unlucky with rain it could be quite remote, the nearest 'big' town is c40 minutes away and Galveston over an hour (with the ferry) but there is a supermarket and a few other places around 10 mins away by car easy to run and grab food when needed!
We visited Anuahac nature reserve and saw loads og Alligators, birds and turtles and saw Dolphins in the wake of the fishing boats in Galveston bay.
Karyn was really helpful before our trip and always answered questions promptly! A great host.
