The host John was very responsive and even recommended a great baby rental company to make our stay seem less. The location was very nice! Easy walk to the beach and a quiet nice neighborhood to walk around in.

It was a nice place close to the beach. The pool was great. The only problem we had was one of the beds were rigged up with some boards that weren't screwed in and the bed would fall down if u rolled over sometimes.The problem was never fixed while we were staying there. Maintenance did come and said they ordered a new frame though

We loved everything about this house. From the cute bedrooms to the spacious living area and kitchen. The pool was so nice as was the hot tub. We walked to the beach everyday and sometime at night for a sunset. A few nights we went down to the bars and just enjoyed the wonderful weather at night. Loved having the grill so we could cook lunch and or dinner. Totally would come back again.

Convenient Beach House

We had a marvelous vacation with three generations. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and stores is so convenient. The house and pool are lovely. Extras include beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and toys.

Everything was great, I had no communication with the host, so I gave a lower score. The only concern was the mosquito's at night, would have been nice to have a cover around the pool like other places around. With a lot people, it would also been nice to have tv's in all the bedrooms. There was only two and with kids that was an issue. The garbage cans was bad though with a lot of flies, right in front of the home, not a good idea and smell was terrible, maybe have a area that covers them. The set up though was very nice, clean, lot of sheets, towels etc., The home was exactly as it was on the photos. A 6 minute walk to the beach, that was nice too. I really did enjoy my stay and would come back. Beautiful place.

Screened in pools are an owner's preference and we do have many pools that are. screened, perhaps one of those would be better for you and your family ! This time of year , yes mosquitos can be a nuisance, we do have mosquito contol in SW Florida , but with rain pretty much every day it is impossible sometimes for them keep up ! Home Away From Home

This is a pretty big house and could easily handle two families. We didn't even touch one of the bedrooms. The pool and spa were really great, the spa only took about 10 to heat up to full temp,.

Lovely home with pool and hot tub. Nicely accommodated our group of 8 adults. Lovely decor with comfortable furniture and beds. Pool level covered porch could use some comfortable lounge furniture and fire table. Loved the upper screened in porch with large dining table and chairs. No water view but two blocks from the gulf beach access. Convenient to restaurants, grocery and liquor store and some boutique shopping. Bonita Springs with lovely outdoor Promenade mall and restaurants 20 minute drive.

Amazing

We have been staying in Fort Myers for 20 years and we always rent. This was the best ever! John is so friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect. Close to Publix. I highly recommend you rent bikes and enjoy a bike ride to time square. Otherwise you will be stuck in island traffic. The beach is beautiful and walking distance. Pool is clean and warm. Everything you need for day at the beach is available for you. Enjoy and don’t hesitate to book here! We will be back soon and plan to stay at their properties in the future! Fort Myers Strong!
