L'Olivier is a beautiful flat ideally situated on a quiet street just a few metres from the Old Port, right in the heart of the shopping district. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, whether you’re here on business, visiting family or on holiday. It features a lovely bedroom with a television and a large lounge/dining room, all opening onto a quiet and light-filled patio. It is the ideal base from which to explore the city of Marseille. The Vieux Port, with its bars and restaurants, and numerous shops are all nearby.

This property is available exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in a situation of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placement, professional assignment or transfer, etc.). Signing the tenancy agreement is mandatory in order to gain access to the property.
After making your booking, you will be asked to provide the following documents to complete your application and draw up the tenancy agreement: proof of identity for the occupants, contact details, proof of address where applicable, proof of home insurance, proof of your employment status or reason for mobility, as well as the required proof of income (e.g. payslips or financial statements for the self-employed).
Please ensure, before making any booking, that you are eligible for the mobility tenancy agreement and able to provide these documents. If the tenancy agreement is not signed and the required supporting documents are not provided, you will not be granted access to the property.

Layout of the flat:
The flat is situated on the first floor of a lovely building on a pedestrianised street, just one minute from the Old Port. You enter the flat via a hallway which leads, on your left, to a large bathroom with a bath; opposite you is the double bedroom with a television; and on your right is the living room, with the dining table and open-plan kitchen at the far end.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel right at home: Wi-Fi / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Complimentary welcome coffee capsules / Bath…

Location:
When you stay at L’Olivier, you’re choosing an apartment ideally situated in Marseille city centre, yet in a quiet setting. As you step outside, on your left you’ll find the Old Port, Rue Paradis with its many shops, and the legendary Canebière.
To your right, you’ll find Rue de Rome and the Noailles shopping district with its oriental flavours.

Transport:
All transport links pass through the Vieux Port: buses, metro, trams and even water buses heading for the districts of L’Estaque or La Pointe Rouge.
Saint Charles station is a 15-minute walk away.

The airport is accessible via a shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we recommend using taxis or ride-hailing services such as Uber.
