From the balcony you can see the sea in front, and when you go down you can touch the sand and have fun on the beach.
The condominium is next to Beach Park - the best beach water park in Brazil.
The condominium has a magnificent swimming pool with areas for children and adults, and two Jacuzzis.
The leisure area includes several sports courts - multi-sports, grass football, beach volleyball, walking track, and gym.
Complete beach tent with showers, bathrooms, and barbecue.
Viewpoint in front of the beach for those who just want to observe. The beach has white sand, the sea water is warm, and at low tide it forms perfect little pools to enjoy with children.
