The property was very clean. Great location. Not far from Niagara on the Lake or The Bench. Very peaceful with lovely view of Lake Ontario. Great views of both sunrise and sunset. Would stay there again.

I can't say enough good things about the property. It is beautiful with an amazing lake view. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had,If you are looking for a place that feels like a cottage and is close to amazing wineries and breweries, you can't go wrong!

Loved the location the view was amazing the host was terrible to deal with. The home was great. It required more cleaning and more toiletries for a group of people more towels better attention to detail. As discussed with the host my bed had undesirable bodily fluids under clean sheets. The ladies that checked in first whom had travelled from NB had to wait as the last occupants left late and cleaning wasn’t completed this could be the reason for a lack of deep cleaning I did personally speak to the host regarding our concerns. Our group swept and mopped before leaving. A great property and an amazing host. Overall great experience

I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, particularly with the cleanliness and the concern regarding the bedding. This is certainly not the standard I aim to provide, and I understand how disappointing that must have been. As you mentioned, the previous guests’ late departure significantly shortened the time available for our cleaning team to prepare the property, but ultimately, it is my responsibility to ensure the home is fully ready before the next guests arrive. I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention during your stay, as it gives me the opportunity to address them with our cleaning team and improve our procedures. We will also be paying closer attention to providing sufficient towels and toiletries for larger groups. Thank you as well for taking the time to sweep and mop before leaving. Despite the issues, I’m pleased to hear that you still had an overall great experience and enjoyed the property. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will help us do better for future guests.

Property was spacious and clean. Communication with owner was excellent. Any issues were addressed promptly. Located on a quiet road right by Lake Ontario. Beautiful sunsets. Would highly recommend.
