You will be charmed by this pretty stone house which has just undergone a beautiful renovation....During your stay, take advantage of a private outdoor spa at any time of the day. Relaxation is on the agenda for your next vacation! By its central position in Côtes d'Armor, this cottage is ideally placed to discover this beautiful department... Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, one bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with private bathroom (shower), toilet. Upstairs: landing with children's play area, office, two bedrooms (4 single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined into king-size beds), bathroom with bathtub, toilet. Outdoors: two private terraces, each 25 m². Private enclosed garden of 100 m². Parking for two vehicles is available in front of the house. Outdoor spa for 6 people, available year-round (4 bathrobes provided). Electric charging stations are available in supermarkets 5 minutes from the cottage. You will not remain indifferent to this address, adjoining third parties, which offers you beautiful services: contemporary furniture added to a refined decoration ... And since vacations are also about having moments of relaxation, what could be more pleasant than relaxing in the private outdoor spa which will be at your disposal? Looking for discoveries during your stay? You are 70 m from the owners' cattle farm who will be happy to show you around their farm if you wish!

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire avec en cadeaux de bienvenue du cidre,des crêpes et du caramel beurre salé. Gîte très propre spacieux,moderne tout y est même le jaccuzzi au top.Proche d une ferme mais très calme avec des biquettes très affectives .Je recommande à 100%.

N’hésitez pas!

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable chez vous. Le gîte est très beau et très bien équipé, le jardin clos avec les chèvres top. Il y a beaucoup de choses pensées pour venir avec des enfants ( jeux, legos, voitures, ballons etc…). Le coin est très joli. Adresse à garder!
