Walk to the city, James St and New Farm park or grab a baguette and coffee two mins from the house at the French Cafe next to great hairdressers and well known Gerties for a cheeky wine in the sun. Death by Decaf is a stone’s throw away and New Farm deli near the park is great for lunch or brunch. The local shops (Coles and Liquorland) are a leisurely walk downhill.
We are right near the cinema, the cafes and buses straight to the city, or ease yourself down to the gorgeous New Farm Park and lovely cafes and local shops in a slow walk down the hill.
Relax on designer linen sofas and enjoy the sunny aspect and spa. The large smart TV is great for the kids or for nights in. A huge BBQ in the outdoor area makes outdoor entertaining a breeze, not to mention the double wine fridges. All mod cons including a small laundry in the garage, WiFi etc.

Other things to note - This Townhouse is on multiple levels (3) - Family friendly with a portable cot and high chair but the stairs are steep. - Guests are responsible for reading and accepting the house rules and cancellation policy before their stay. - You will be required to provide your driving licence or passport as part of our booking. - This property is self catering beyond the initial products we supply at the beginning of your stay (coffee & tea) - This Townhouse has a strict no smoking and no vaping policy, Guests caught breaking this policy will be fined according to the house rules. Smoking and vaping in the garden area / outdoors area is also prohibited. Parties and events are prohibited as are pets. - Whilst there is only pictures of two of the bedrooms, please rest assured there are three good size bedrooms with queen beds.
