Set your own pace to enjoy seasonal relaxation & activities for the whole family - enjoying the park with the kids, sandy beach & refreshing swims, mini-putt or Golfing, nearby ROC, peaceful walks or romantic sunsets on the deck.

Bring your boat to launch from a nearby marina for fishing or swimming, rent an ice hut with your buddies for some famous Lake Simcoe ice fishing, or a girls weekend get-a-way to refresh at the nearby Briar's Spa for the day.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dishes should be washed and removed from the dishwasher prior to check out. If you bring your own bed linens and towels, mattress & pillow protectors must remain on the bed when you depart.
Garbage/ recycling to be sorted and disposed of appropriately according to garbage schedule.
All indoor/outdoor furniture returned to original place. Outdoor cushions brought in daily, not to be left outside. Propane barbecue tank must be re-filled when emptied for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property was so close to the beach you could see the water from the patio and it was just a short walk away. Restaurants were within 5 to 8 minutes away very convenient , as was the grocery store, walmart, ice cream parlors. The home was lovely and very comfortable with everything at your fingertips. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very nice. This was a lovely stay.

My family stayed at the property and was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the check in was and how well maintained the property was. You can tell the hosts have taken care and want guests to enjoy this cottage. The hosts were very pleasant and polite and answered all questions we had promptly. The cottage it self is a good size as my family of 7 fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all amenities needed and worked great. The front deck is the perfect hangout well you use the bbq. And the backyard was spacious and another great place to lounge around. The beach is across the street and can be seen right from the front porch so no need to load up the car to travel there. Just grab your towel and go. The location is perfect as it’s close to the town where you can go grab any essentials you may need quickly. Check out was just as smooth as check in. I cannot wait to book this property again as the hosts are so welcoming and accommodating to all needs that you could have at this cottage. Looking forward to to renting again as I and my family enjoyed so much we have to go back.
